HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time we are only shipping domestically within Canada.  In the future if we expand our shipping options we will be sure to update our Shipping Policy.

 

DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been accepted.  Once your order has been shipped you will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. 

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you via e-mail to resolve the issue to your satisfaction

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
At this time we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed.

 

WHAT IF I CANNOT FIND THE PRODUCT I NEED?

We want to ensure that you find everything you need to look and feel beautiful!  If there is a product that you would expect to see in our store but are not able to find it, please e-mail us at affinityhair@sasktel.net.  We will do our best to get you the products you desire.

 

HOW DO I USE MY PRODUCT PROPERLY?
We have added instructions for use for all of our products on the product pages.  Those are a great starting point for understanding the products. After reading those instructions, if you still have questions or are wondering which products compliment each other best, please consider booking a consultation with Candice for personalized product information.  Consultations can be booked by clicking on Consultation in the heading or searching Consultation by clicking on the magnifying glass.

 

ARE THERE PRODUCT MAXIMUMS?

As we are a small business we are able to fulfill all orders that have a maximum quantity of 3 per product. If you have a need for more, that is wonderful and we want to meet your needs.  You can do this by placing multiple orders for your products.  Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if it does not comply with our policies.
