Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so that you can look and feel your best!  If you find that you are not completely satisfied, please follow the steps below so that we can make it right for you. 

We are happy to offer refunds on regularly processed products within 14 days of the original purchase.  All refund requests after this 14 day period will not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESS:

1. You can request a refund by sending an e-mail to affinityhair@sasktel.net.  Please indicate the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you an e-mail approving the refund.

3. You will ship the product back to Affinity at the following address:

4. We will process a refund within 5-7 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be equal to the value of the product returned less the original shipping cost. 

5. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the details of your refund.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION:

1. All sales of permanently marked down items are final sale. These items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

2. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

3. The shipping cost to return your unwanted purchase(s) is at the expense of the buyer and the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable. 

4. As return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, lost packages are out of our control. We know shipping issues can happen so we highly recommend tracking your return package.  

5. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a replacement product please reorder through our store as a separate transaction. We find that this is a faster way for you to get your new product.

6. If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, your item will be shipped back to you at your expense. We will not issue a return on an ineligible item(s).  We don't anticipate this to be a problem, however if it is please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refund payment for any order at any time.

We recognize that refunds are time consuming, expensive, and less than ideal for everyone. Unfortunately we also know that sometimes they are required.
